Rüdiger Geist (Dipl. Pol.) is managing director, founder and owner of spirit@PM. He holds a Master's degree in Project Management from George Washington University (GWU) in the USA, as well as an IPMA Level B, a PMP^® and a PfMP^® certification from PMI®. He is also an Associate Professor of Project Management at St. Petersburg University and Reykjavik University, Swiss representative in the PM University Network and winner of the 2014 "best teaching award" from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences.

He has worked for various international (IT) consulting companies and in the financial industry, as project manager, project portfolio manager, consultant and risk manager.

Rüdiger is a blogger, book author and speaker at conferences.
